Last Reminder to Holders of Incentive Options

This is the final reminder to option holders who hold incentive options issued before June 2022, to exercise the options (convert to shares) no later than 16 December 2023, or, to switch to the new plan no later than 30 November 2023. We have notified the option holders in June 2022, and again in June 2023. Please see your e-mails for detailed information, or contact us to get the information. If no action is taken by the option holder until the due date, the options will become void and vanish after 16 December 2023.

This notice doesn’t concern options that were issued in connection of share issues.
